GIFT CERTIFICATES

PAYMENT

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within New York at the local tax rate.

 

SHIPPING

We will process and ship all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days. In the event that items are backordered, we will immediately notify you of any expected delays and will ship the items as we receive them.

Blue Hill Market utilizes both UPS and FedEx for all U.S. Shipping. Unless requested otherwise, shipments will be sent via Standard Ground service. Additional charges will apply for all 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. All Second Day and Overnight orders placed after noon (EST), will be processed the following day.

Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. 

Please note that if an item is temporarily out-of-stock, items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. You will be alerted as soon as each item is ready to be shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is unavailable at this time. For assistance with international gift certificate orders, please contact market@bluehillfarm.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Blue Hill Market purchase. In the case that you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly process an exchange or return within 14 days of order delivery, provided items are returned unused and in their original packaging.  All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing list. All original shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Prior to shipping, please let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue a return authorization number that must be included in your return package.

Please note that Blue Hill Market is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Blue Hill Market.

 

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at market@bluehillfarm.com or (914) 366 9606 x201. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
