Twenty years ago, farmer and perfumer Sandy Maine began crafting soaps with a $15 investment in her farmhouse kitchen. Today, she and her family have built Adirondack Fragrance Farm into a thriving business where they craft natural soaps, fragrances, and candles using botanicals from the farm. They also collaborate with local cedar distillers and chaga mushroom foragers to capture the essence of New York’s Adirondack region in their fragrances.
